I’m Dan, an employee relations specialist with over 20 years’ experience across some of the UK’s biggest organisations.I’ve investigated and managed 100s of cases, including grievances, bullying and harassment complaints, disciplinaries and whistleblowing concerns, much of it in manufacturing, logistics and other operational workforces where getting ER right on the shop floor really matters.I work with HR consultancies, small business and in-house HR teams who need an experienced pair of hands: someone who can pick up a case, run it properly and produce a report that will stand up to scrutiny.No agency.
